      User flow

      1. firstly, event org (community) creates an event page & ticket management e.g., Luma (even normal events)

      2. gathering

      3. distributing proof-of-attendee

         • before distributing, the community must have its own address to issue proof-of-attendee(e.g., EAS, POAP, or MintRally)
         • the community creates proof-of-attendee based on the “event certificate schema”
           • what’s the “event certificate schema”

      4. in the future, we can create a recommended system based on proof-of-attendee

      • Physical Meetup (Or you can schedule a live stream online)
      • Depends on the representative bandwidth

      Online (Duty roaster session!)

      • Each country host once for an online Pogota meetup (Others can join!) up until Devcon to divide workload
        • Could be something simple like xxx highlights- ThenOff to the main topic
